You will lead the development and governance of maintenance standards, while strengthening how competency, authorisation and specialist resources are managed and deployed.This is a highly influential role for someone who can combine engineering or maintenance knowledge with strong governance, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking. You will help ensure our maintenance activities are safe, risk-based, practical and aligned with regulatory, operational and process safety requirements.**What you’ll be doing**You will take ownership of maintenance policy and standards across Bioresources assets, including CHP, gas, SRP, sludge treatment and associated critical infrastructure.
