BMS Static Service Engineer - Trend & TridiumLocation: Central LondonSalary: Competitive + PackageType: PermanentWe are looking for an experienced BMS Static Service Engineer to join a leading BMS business, working on a key commercial site in Central London.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive BMS maintenance.Fault-find and diagnose BMS hardware, software and controls issues.Service and optimise existing BMS installations.Work with Trend and Tridium/Niagara systems.Liaise with clients and on-site facilities teams.Complete service reports and technical documentation.Identify potential system improvements and remedial works.RequirementsStrong experience as a BMS Service Engineer.Proven Trend experience.Experience with Tridium/Niagara.Good understanding of HVAC controls and BMS systems.Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.A great opportunity for an experienced BMS Service Engineer looking for a stable static role at a prestigious Central London site.
