I'm working with a leading facilities management company to recruit a Static Electrical Building Services Engineer to look after a small portfolio of four commercial buildings in Canterbury.

As a Static Electrical Building Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for keeping four commercial buildings operating safely and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

Planned and reactive electrical maintenance Fault-finding and repairs General electrical building services maintenance Carrying out PPMs and reactive works Ensuring equipment and systems are maintained to a high standard Some mechanical maintenance works Working closely with the client and wider facilities team Ensuring all works are completed safely and professionallyWhat We're Looking For

Level 2 in Electrical Installations minimum 18th Edition Previous experience within commercial building services/facilities maintenance Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills Comfortable carrying out some mechanical works Professional and customer-focused approach Full UK Driving LicenceLooking for your next move?
