Hiring for a reputed client, you\'ll be a highly visible point of contact for station users and help ensure everything from customer journeys to contractor checks are handled with care.

Location: Liverpool Lime Street

Pay: £15.09 per hour

What you\'ll be doing:

• Be a clear point of contact for visitors, contractors, retailers, TOCs and customers travelling throughout the station
• Carry out regular station checks, including contractor compliance, security, safety and equipment-then complete the required paperwork for audit purposes
• Respond to and record emergencies and incidents involving the general public and industry partners, as required
• Provide a point of contact for reporting station faults, maintaining appropriate records and ensuring actions are reviewed and closed
• Assist customers across the station-helping with information and signposting where needed
• Check that contractors have the relevant risk assessments and method statements before issuing Permit to Work
• Support plans with customers, external authorities and regulators to help prevent and manage criminal activity on the station
• Take a proactive approach to hazards and unsafe conditions-ensuring occurrences are reported correctly
• Fulfil allocated duties within Emergency Plans

What you\'ll bring:

• A safety-minded, responsible attitude-comfortable completing records and following procedures
• Calm and dependable judgement when handling incidents, emergencies or unexpected situations
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail, particularly around compliance and checks
• Willingness to work shifts as part of a rotating roster (morning/evening, night shifts and weekends)
