Step-Forward Foster Carer: Transform a Child's Life

Cheshire East Council seeks a Step-Forward Foster Carer to provide a safe, nurturing home for a child or siblings. You will offer stability, routine and emotional support, working with social workers and therapists to help children progress and feel secure.

The role includes a £52,000 per year salary (£1,000 per week) with a 50% retainer pre-placement, plus weekly allowances and payments for birthdays, holidays and celebrations. A supportive team and 24/7 wraparound support are provided.
