We're looking for an experienced STOCK CONTROLLER to join a well-established business based at its National Distribution Centre in Sittingbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organised STOCK CONTROLLER who wants genuine ownership of stock, with a well-maintained, accurate and up-to-date inventory.

The STOCK CONTROLLER role

As STOCK CONTROLLER, you'll be responsible for keeping stock accurate, controlled and fully reconciled. You'll conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, maintain stock management systems and work closely with warehouse, admin and customer service teams.

You'll also deal with stock queries from remote engineers and service agents, investigate discrepancies and ensure stock records remain accurate.

This is a role where the STOCK CONTROLLER will genuinely have ownership and influence over how stock is managed. As a close knit team of 10 you will also be required to take on general warehouse operative duties as and when required.

We're looking for a STOCK CONTROLLER who has:

Strong IT skills and confidence using stock management systems Good Excel skills, including basic formulas Excellent numeracy and attention to detail Experience in stock control, inventory or a similar role The ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies A proactive, self-motivated approach The confidence to work independently, use your own initiative and manage your own workload A full UK driving licence If you're an organised STOCK CONTROLLER looking for a stable Monday-Friday role where you can take genuine ownership of the inventory, we'd love to hear from you!
