Store Assistant Manager: Lead, Inspire & Grow

Savers in Cranleigh is recruiting an Assistant Manager to join the team. You’ll lead store operations, coach colleagues, and help deliver strong sales while building a welcoming environment.

The role is 39 hours per week, full-time with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a salary of £31,600 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme.
