Store Colleague: Flexible Hours & Guaranteed Weekly Shifts

Tesco is hiring at our Bolton-area stores for a Store Colleague role. You will be scheduled within defined availability windows and receive a minimum weekly hours guarantee, with flexibility to work 12–16 hours if desired.

The role focuses on serving customers, supporting stock and store operations, and being part of a diverse team dedicated to great service. Training and startup hours are designed to fit the needs of both the store and you.
