Store Colleague: Flexible Shifts, Great Team & Growth

Tesco Colleague role in our stores offers flexible hours and a competitive pay rate. We start at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25, with additional location payments possible. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours each week, and options for 12 hours are available if you prefer.

You'll work within scheduled windows, with three weeks' notice of shifts. You'll be part of a diverse team focused on great service, customer care, and keeping our stores running smoothly day to day.
