Store Keyholder: Lead Sales, Team & Service

Hackett Ltd in York is seeking a capable store supervisor to support the Store Manager in maximising sales and profitability by driving excellent customer service and keeping the store standards high.

You will supervise the cash register, motivate the team, set sales objectives, monitor KPIs, manage stock and visuals, and ensure health and safety compliance. This is a full-time on-site role requiring at least 2 years of sector experience.
