Lifestyle Fashion Brand £14.95 per hour | 36 hours per week Horsham Boutique Hours: 9.30am 5pm

- Proven management experience within fashion or lifestyle retail
- Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Confident with visual merchandising and creating an inspiring store environment
- Passionate about developing people and stretching performance
- Solid understanding of KPIs, budgets and gross profit
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, commercial mindset
- Highly presented with strong communication skills and a positive leadership style
