Store Manager: Lead Teams & Elevate Customer Experience

The North Face store in Bridgend, Wales is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll apply initiative to improve operations and customer satisfaction while upholding VF brand standards.

As a member of The North Face, you will manage inventory, budgeting and merchandising, report on KPIs, and ensure the store looks its best. English fluency and proficiency with MS Office/POS are required.
