The Store Manager Role

As Store Manager , you'll take responsibility for the overall performance of the store, leading your team to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of retail professionals

• Driving sales, revenue and KPI performance

• Delivering excellent customer service and customer experience

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the retail store

• Recruiting, onboarding, training and developing team members

• Managing rotas, payroll, stock and store administration

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards

• Monitoring commercial performance and identifying opportunities to increase sales

• Building a strong, engaged and high-performing retail team

• Ensuring company policies, procedures and operational standards are xwwtmva followed

About You

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager with a proven track record in a customer-focused retail environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or Retail Manager

• Experience within fashion retail, clothing, apparel, footwear, accessories, lifestyle or another customer-focused retail environment
