Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a popular, fast-growing and on-trend high street retailer as they open a brand-new store in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to play a key role in the launch and success of a new store. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and develop a large team, drive sales and KPIs, and create an exceptional customer experience from day one.

Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store Lead by example, driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store experience Recruit, coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team Set clear expectations and maintain consistently high operational and visual standards Manage budgets, control costs and analyse commercial data to identify opportunities Complete and contribute to weekly reporting and performance reviews Oversee HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and employee development Drive stock management and availability, ensuring strong operational standards Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with the brand Work collaboratively with the wider management team, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvementAbout You: We are looking for a hands-on, energetic and commercially focused Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
