shoezone has an opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team based in Bristol. The role is full-time, permanent and offers a competitive salary.

The Store Manager Role
As Store Manager you will be responsible for running the store, leading the team, maximizing sales, exceeding budget targets, controlling costs, promoting excellent customer service and driving a culture that empowers colleagues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive optimum sales through commercial focus while ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support, develop and mentor team members to maintain high store standards and repeat customer experience.
- Maintain store standards and commerciality by applying marketing guidelines and supervising housekeeping.
- Provide a safe environment for team and customers by implementing health and safety policies.
