Store Operations & Customer Experience Lead

Sainsbury's in York is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to oversee daily store operations with a small management team. You’ll be the primary on-site manager, ensuring service, safety, and smooth execution of tasks to meet customers' needs.

You’ll coach colleagues, monitor KPIs, handle disciplinary matters when needed, and stand in when senior managers are away, driving performance and ensuring the shop runs like clockwork.
