Store Shift Lead: Open & Floor Operations Coach

Marks and Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to manage the fill operation, ensuring the sales floor is ready to trade and coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.

You will lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager, coach colleagues, model customer service and uphold M&S behaviours across the store while delivering a safe, clean and welcoming shopping environment.
