Contract: 40 hours per week

Description

We are hiring for a Full‑Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores. A defined team will be in place and you will work directly with them to create the best customer shopping experience possible. The primary function of a Supervisor is to oversee Retail staff’s work in the Store environment. You will monitor employee activity, solve day‑to‑day problems, and assist customers when needed.

Day‑to‑day tasks will vary but will support the Store Manager to maximise sales, maintain a service‑first mentality, adhere to best practices as per company expectations, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Retail staff’s work in the store environment.
• Monitor employee activity and solve day‑to‑day problems.
• Assist customers when needed.
• Support the Store Manager to maximise sales and maintain a service‑first mentality.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and overall store standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion retail and alignment with our company ethos.
• Experience working in fashion retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Efficient, highly organised with a customer‑focused attitude.
