Store Team Leader – Community & Customer Champion

Co-op in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll lead a small team, coach colleagues, and ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor, tills, and stock management, while delivering excellent customer service and promoting Co-op membership.

You’ll work varied shifts, including early mornings and some weekend work, with 30 hours per week plus regular overtime. In return you’ll receive training and benefits.
