Job Description
The Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader for a busy Rochdale store at Cutgate Shopping Centre, Edenfield Road.
You’ll lead a small team on shifts, motivate colleagues, and work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to drive great service and store operations.
The role is part-time (20 hours per week + overtime) with flexible evenings and weekends, paying £14.48 per hour. Applicants must be 18+.
