Store Team Leader: Flexible Hours & Community Impact

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in a fast-paced store to lead a small team, manage shifts, and deliver excellent service while ensuring smooth daily operations for customers and the community.

You will engage with store duties on the shop floor, support merchandising and stock control, and promote Co-op membership and local community initiatives, including possible post office or bakery duties depending on the store.
