We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Stores Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance (C/B) licence to join their team in Middleton.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and organised individual with stores/warehouse experience and a current Counterbalance FLT licence.
Working Hours
Monday to Wednesday: 08:30 - 16:45
Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
Friday: 08:00 - 15:00Key Responsibilities
Receiving, checking and storing goods
Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock and materials around the warehouse/stores
Picking and preparing materials for dispatch
Maintaining accurate stock levels and records
Keeping the stores and warehouse areas clean and organised
Following all health and safety procedures
Supporting the wider warehouse/stores team as requiredAbout You
The successful candidate will have:
A valid FLT Counterbalance (C/B) licence - essential
Previous stores, warehouse or logistics experience
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
A reliable and punctual approach to work
The ability to work well as part of a team
A strong commitment to health and safety
The ability to carry out manual handling duties where requiredWhat's on Offer
