Are you an experienced Forklift & Stores Operator with valid in date Counterbalance and Bendi | Flexi licenses and hold a clean driving license, looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that genuinely values its people?

Due to continued growth, our client, a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business in Corby, is looking to strengthen its warehouse team with the addition of a reliable and motivated Forklift & Stores Operator.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping stock moving efficiently, supporting production and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team with excellent staff retention and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and maintaining accurate stock levels Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently Picking, packing and despatching customer orders Operating Counterbalance and Bendi forklift trucks Completing works orders and despatch documentation Maintaining a clean, safe and organised stores environment Assisting with customer collections when required Delivering parts to field engineers when necessary Supporting the Stores Team Manager with day-to-day operations Always Following all Health & Safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For

Previous stores, warehouse or logistics experience Valid Counterbalance and Bendi forklift licences Full UK driving licence Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Team player who can also work independently Flexible approach when business needs require itWhat's In It for You?
