We are Hiring: Stores Person (Goods Inwards)

Location: Chapel-en-le-Frith

Pay: £14.31 per hour + shift bonus

We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client for a stores person to join their growing operation in Chapel-en-le-Frith. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and expanding business that values its employees and offers a well organised working environment with a supportive team culture. This role is temporary to permanent for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern:

Weekly rotating shifts Monday to Thursday:

• Week 1: 5:00am - 2:30pm (£14.31 per hour + 8% shift bonus)
• Week 2: 2:30pm - 12am (£14.31 per hour + 25% shift bonus)

What you\'ll be doing

• Receiving and booking in incoming goods
• Checking deliveries for accuracy and quality
• Safely unloading and moving stock
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Working with business systems to manage stock movements
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What they are looking for

• Previous experience in a stores or goods inwards role
• An in-date FLT license is preferred
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Reliable with good time keeping skills
