Strategic Accounts Engagement Director

Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Director to lead adoption programs for its most strategic accounts, including large global law firms and enterprises. You will design adoption playbooks, manage multi-year change initiatives, and become a trusted advisor to C-suite sponsors.

You will lead a small team of Engagement Managers and Associates, coordinate cross-functional work across regions, and drive measurable ROI through structured cadences, enablement, and executive reviews.
