Strategic Asset & Investment Lead - Social Housing

RSR is recruiting a Head of Asset Management for a major local authority housing service in Greater Manchester. You will provide strategic leadership for a £1 billion social housing portfolio and oversee a £25 million annual capital programme.

The role requires senior leadership, deep expertise in stock condition data, investment planning, and building safety programs. Hybrid working with 2-3 days on-site; contract initially until March 2027 with extension potential.
