Strategic Asset Manager (6-Month Contract)

The Government Property Agency is seeking an Asset Manager for a 6-month contract in Birmingham with on-site presence up to three days per week. You will lead strategic asset planning, landlord and occupier management, and ensure cost recovery and income maximisation.

Applicants should have demonstrable asset/property management experience and hold an MRICS/AssocRICS membership. The role offers a challenging, high-impact environment within the Civil Service framework.
