Cripps LLP in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing Business Development & Marketing team. You’ll play a key role in helping our lawyers win new work, strengthen client relationships and drive growth across the firm.

You’ll contribute to pitches, campaigns, market research and strategic BD initiatives in a collaborative environment. The role offers office-based work with some flexibility and a strong team culture.
