Strategic Bid Manager – Social Housing & Decarbonisation

Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting a Bid Manager to lead the SQ and tender process in social housing and property services, driving competitive, high-quality submissions for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and RSLs.

You will plan bid strategies, coordinate with business units and the supply chain, write persuasive responses, manage bid launch and mid-bid reviews, and present opportunities at bidder conferences to secure major contracts.
