M Squared, a Glasgow-headquartered landscaping, groundworks and civils contractor, seeks a Bid Writer & Compliance professional to own the full bid lifecycle—from inbound tenders to award—while ensuring accreditations and documentation are audit-ready.

This hybrid role combines hands-on bid coordination with ownership of company compliance, central to our growth strategy. You will work across estimating, commercial, technical and operational teams to produce compliant, compelling submissions.
