Job Description
The Legal Aid Agency in Birmingham is seeking a Grade 7 Business Change Lead to coordinate and deliver change across the transformation portfolio. You will provide leadership for business change, ensuring coherence, prioritisation and successful embedding across the organisation.
You will shape the Change Landscape, ensuring senior leaders have insight to sequence, prioritise and assess readiness and capacity for change.
