Strategic Claims Leader - Property & Casualty

Howden is seeking a Strategic Claims Leader to provide strategic leadership, technical oversight and operational direction across Property and Casualty claims teams. You will shape claims strategy, advise senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in processes, data and governance.

You will act as a senior referral point on complex claims, support market engagement and client relationships, and lead a global, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality service and defensible outcomes.
