Strategic Commercial Manager – Healthcare Construction

VINCI Building UK is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery on mid-to-large healthcare, life sciences and education projects across the North East region, including pre-construction and on-site work.

You will manage tendering, procurement, CVR reporting and final accounts, with NEC contract expertise to drive value and cash flow. This role offers regional exposure within VINCI Building’s teams.
