Strategic Commercial Sales Leader

Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) is seeking a Commercial Sales & Strategy Manager to identify opportunities and drive sales processes across Partnerships and Hospitality. The role involves hands-on selling and supporting strategic development of the pipeline, working collaboratively with the commercial team.

You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, manage opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth while aligning with WRU’s strategic objectives. Welsh language skills are desirable.
