Strategic Corporate Counsel – M&A & Commercial

Taylor Root is assisting an insurance company in hiring a Senior Legal Counsel on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and involves advising on corporate transactions and strategic projects.

Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you will contribute across the business, including M&A activity, and work on a wide spectrum of legal issues as required.
