Strategic Data Analyst — Remote, Workforce & Pay Modelling

Harnham is seeking a Data Analyst to join a workforce analytics team. The role is remote with one day a month in the Leeds office, focusing on analytics that influence workforce planning, pay frameworks, and policy shaping.

You will build Excel models, handle large datasets, present findings to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with policy teams. A STEM degree is preferred, advanced Excel skills essential, and the ability to work independently.
