Strategic Deal Desk Lead — Pricing & Governance

Cockroach Labs is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the deal desk function in the UK. You will advise sales leadership on large, complex transactions, own the deal desk playbook, and collaborate across Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to close high-stakes deals.
