Strategic Director of Legal & Compliance

UNISON in London, NW1 invites an experienced legal leader to join as Director of Legal, responsible for shaping the legal strategy and governance framework across the union.

You’ll lead Legal Services, the Professional Services Unit and Data Protection, advising the Executive Leadership Team, NEC, and Regions on risk, compliance and strategic litigation to protect members’ interests and support decision‑making at scale.
