Strategic Enterprise AI Contracts Counsel

SpaceXAI is seeking a Commercial Counsel to lead enterprise contracting for AI products and strategic partnerships. You will negotiate high-value agreements, draft sophisticated tech contracts, and work with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal to align commercial strategies in a fast-paced environment.

You will design scalable legal structures to support product selling while mitigating risk, and act as a legal AI ambassador, using company tools to drive efficiency and learning.
