Strategic Enterprise Portfolio Lead

National Highways is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Management Lead to align Digital Services investment, demand and delivery with organisational strategy. You will own the quarterly planning process, prioritise the IT backlog and ensure governance, resourcing and funding across BAU, programmes and projects.

You will build an enterprise-wide view of the portfolio, lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement and set policy on tools and ways of working.
