Strategic Environmental Due Diligence Leader for M&A

Ramboll is seeking a Principal Environmental Consultant for Due Diligence to support fast-paced UK and global M&A transactions. You will identify key EHS/ESG risks, deliver Phase I ESAs and LECR, and provide high-quality client reports for both buy-side and sell-side deals.

You will lead due diligence projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage proposals, and travel within the UK and Ireland as needed.
