Strategic Estates Manager & Chartered Surveyor

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estates Manager / Chartered Surveyor to lead the Council’s property portfolio and maximise income from commercial assets.

Ideal candidate holds MRICS or FRICS, with strong local government property experience and proven leadership of surveyors. You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver the Strategic Asset Management Plan and drive continuous improvements in property services.
