Strategic Finance Director for Growth & Profit

Joules is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy, governance and reporting across the business. You will sit on the Joules operating board and partner with the CEO to drive profit in a fast-growing retail environment.

This role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, proven board-level finance leadership, and the ability to manage outsourced finance relationships with NEXT while maintaining robust controls and data-driven decision support.
