Strategic Finance Director - Manufacturing Leader

ASHDOWN GROUP is seeking a Finance Director for our Newton Abbot area with a hands-on leadership style. You will oversee the finance function, drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, and partner with operations, supply chain, manufacturing and sales to support strategic decisions.

The role requires a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with prior FD or senior finance leadership experience within manufacturing or an operationally focused business.
