Crystal People Consultancy is assisting a well‑established UK manufacturing business in recruiting an experienced Head of Finance to join the senior leadership team near Tunbridge Wells. The role combines hands‑on financial management with strategic insight to support board decisions.

You should be fully qualified or studying ACA/ACCA/CIM, with strong management accounting skills, knowledge of UK accounting standards, VAT, payroll and statutory reporting. Salary £40k–£50k depending on experience.
