Strategic Finance Leader for Growth & Profitability

Reed, a Derbyshire-based family-owned business, is seeking a commercially minded Head of Finance to lead the finance function and support growth. This hands-on role covers day-to-day operations through strategic planning, reporting to the Managing Directors, and potential progression to Finance Director.

Working closely with the MDs, you will provide financial leadership, commercial insight and drive improvements in costing, margins and cashflow. The position is office-based in Derbyshire.
