Strategic Finance Manager — Manufacturing & Tech

Active Silicon is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial activities across two technology and manufacturing businesses, Langley and Weymouth. You will partner with operations, sit on the leadership team and manage a small finance team.

In this hybrid role you will own month-end close, reporting, budgeting and cost accounting including standard costing and production variance analysis, while delivering commercial insight to support bids and decisions across the group.
