Strategic Financial Reporting Leader – Hybrid (Birmingham)

VIVO Defence Services is hiring a Financial Reporting Manager in Birmingham on a hybrid basis. You will lead statutory reporting, treasury activities and P2P processes within a growing finance team, driving governance and continuous improvement across IFRS and compliance.

The role reports to the Financial Controller and requires a qualified accountant with strong technical IFRS knowledge, stakeholder management, and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
