Strategic Fire Safety Lead - Housing & Compliance

Hill & Hill Recruitment is seeking a Fire Safety Manager to join our Housing Association client in Devon. You will lead fire safety strategy and ensure compliance across the residential stock, overseeing risk governance, fire doors, remediation, contractor assurance, and reporting.

You will liaise with Executive Teams and Boards, manage staff and budgets, and ensure adherence to Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022 obligations.
