Strategic Global Event Operations Lead

Fever is building a new team of Strategic Event Operations Leads to design and execute our most complex events globally. You will own the full operational strategy from early definition to final execution, creating scalable models and processes where none exist.

This role requires 2–4 years in strategy/ops, strong problem‑solving, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Excellent English and a hands‑on, autonomous mindset are essential.
